Welcome to Lily's Cavies. We are a little cavery outside of Wheatland, CA. This started as a 4-H project, back in 2000.
It now has become a family project with two sisters and mom. We named our caviry after my oldest daughter's first American
roan. She was bough during Easter, hince the name Lily.
We breed American cavies in roan (red), dalmations (black), golden agouti, silver solid, beige, black,
and tans (black and chocolate). We are also have Teddies in broken and Abbies in roan, brindle and dals. Some times
we have satins in Teddies and Americans (roan and golden agouti). We found this to be a great way to keep the family busy,
yet still doing things together. It is a great way to learn genetics too.
